Mentor & Coaching Programs
As a real estate professional your training and development is a continual process that is essential to a sustainable career, which is why Kline May Realty has developed its mentoring and coaching programs. New agents are paired with a mentor to assist and guide you as you begin to advertise your business and serve customers and clients. Additionally, you will have the option to participate in regular coaching sessions, including quarterly one-on-one coaching calls, that will prioritize and execute on areas of your business where you would most like to grow.
Below is a description of the core elements of the mentoring program and what you should expect through this program.
- Professional Guidance – Your mentor will be a professional guide, advocate, and teacher who has demonstrated excellence in their business, service to the community, and dedication to the values for which Kline May Realty recognized.
- Committed Advisor – Your mentor is committed to your success and demonstrates this by meeting with you on a regular basis. Initially these meeting will be on a weekly basis and include opportunities for shadowing, on-going training, and continued business development.
- Accountability Partner – As an independent contractor you have a great deal of freedom in how you operate your business, however this freedom often creates opportunities that will distract you from your business. To help you stay focused on your business goals your mentor will also serve a source of accountability by challenging and supporting you to develop productive habits, refine your business processes, and expand your professional knowledge base.
