Hello, my name is Bryan Fallucca. My wife and I recently moved to Virginia from South Florida. As our daughter went off to college, we decided it was time for a change. A new life. After much consideration, we made the Shenandoah Valley our home, and we couldn’t be happier.
I’m no stranger to the customer service-driven profession. Prior to real estate, I spent 16 years in the health and fitness field as the owner and operator of DC Fitness Group. During that time, I built strong, long-term relationships while helping clients overcome self-doubt and personal struggles. By understanding their needs, goals, and challenges, I was able to create a personal empathetic relationship between myself and my clients. All whom I now call close friends.
