Your Local Guide to Real Estate Success
Hi, my name is Bruce Bosselman, and I’m passionate about helping people find the place that truly feels like home. My real estate journey began with the purchase of my first home in 1977 and has continued through owning seven homes of my own—a path that sparked my desire to guide others through buying, selling, and investing. I treat every client as a neighbor and every transaction as a story waiting to unfold.
I lived in Charlottesville since 1987 and have called the Shenandoah Valley home since 2008. Having lived and worked in this community, I know its neighborhoods, schools, parks, and hidden gems inside and out. Clients often tell me they value my honest advice, strong negotiation skills, and the trusted network of local professionals I bring to each transaction. My goal isn’t just a successful closing—it’s ensuring you feel confident, supported, and cared for every step of the way.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Education and a master’s in Business Administration (MBA). Before real estate, I worked as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Plant Manager, Manufacturing Consultant, and Vocational & Technical School Administrator. I became a licensed Realtor® with Kline May in 2016, obtained my Broker’s license in 2022, and hold advanced certifications as a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).
Open communication, honesty, and enthusiasm are the foundation of my work. I love learning about your goals and dreams and will always be your advocate. Let’s connect—I’d be honored to help you start your next chapter in real estate.
