I’m Ziryan Jaff — I grew up in the Northern Virginia area and began working with fixer-uppers and real estate investments over 15 years ago. Alongside my husband, I also help operate our HVAC company, Top Tech Refrigeration, giving me valuable insight into home systems and property value.
Now living in Rockingham County, I combine my passion for interior design with a strong understanding of homes to help clients confidently buy and sell. I’m dedicated to honest communication, attention to detail, and making the process as smooth as possible.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors creating memories with my family or in the kitchen cooking up new recipes. I look forward to helping you find a place to call home.
