Hi, I’m Tiffany Shepherd—a lifelong resident of Virginia’s beautiful Shenandoah Valley. I earned my Associate’s degree in Arts and Sciences from Blue Ridge Community College and my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from James Madison University. My background in social work, along with my experience in sales and customer relations, allows me to truly understand my clients, advocate for their needs, and guide them through every step of the process with confidence and care.

In addition to real estate, I’m a small business owner creating handmade crafts, which reflects my creativity, attention to detail, and strong work ethic. I’m deeply rooted in this community, and I value the relationships I build with my clients—they’re never just transactions to me.

My husband and I enjoy life here in the Valley with our four cats and a herd of goats. When I’m not working, you’ll find me gardening, crafting, or spending time outdoors enjoying everything this area has to offer.
