In my past life, I was a police/fire dispatcher and a trained hostage negotiator. Nothing could prepare me better for a career in real estate! I’m ready to negotiate for you, whether it’s selling your home or getting you the best deal on your dream home. I love to study the market and current trends to keep ahead of the curve to provide the best service possible for my clients.

The various work I have done over the years – from HR management, retail, mentoring at-risk youth, and dispatch – have all involved helping others. It is truly a passion of mine, and I am looking forward to combining my professional experience with my love of all things real estate.

I was born and raised on the beautiful coast of Maine, halfway between Stephen King’s home and Acadia National Park. When my other half, Chuck, and I could no longer stand the long, snowy winters, we decided to move to a warmer climate. Our travels brought us to Virginia, and we fell in love with the Shenandoah Valley and the diversity here. I truly understand the challenges of relocating from one home to another, and I want to make it easier for each and every client. Whether you are moving from another state or simply across town, I am dedicated to making the process as simple and seamless as possible.

When I’m not working or trying to convince my son, Kyle, and his family to join us in Virginia, I love to read, write, travel, bake decadent things I shouldn’t eat, learn new things, and spend time with Chuck and my oldest child, Breanna.
