My name is Sally Newkirk. I am a long-time resident of the Valley. After 13 years as a paralegal, I decided on real estate as it was a natural career transition and I could continue to service a lot more folks.

I am a firm believer that comfort, security, and relaxation make a house a home. A home should be the kind of place where you throw away the day and renew yourself, and I will listen to your needs and help you find that place. A buyer’s attorney once said, “Sally is the agent that kept us moving and hopping to get this thing done,” and I pride myself on my work ethic and knowledge of this industry.

I like to sell and help people buy healthy, energy-efficient, and comfortable homes. People need to be able to pay their monthly mortgage and their utility bill.

I enjoy the art of negotiation and keeping the transaction moving. One of my former clients said, “I call Sally when I need a business reference for work I might need done – she is a Rolodex of reputable contractors, pest control, insulation people – you name it. And she’s GREEN.”
