I am proud to have been born and raised in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, a place I am happy to call “Home.” I graduated from Broadway High school and furthered my education at James Madison University earning a B.S. degree in Kinesiology/Education.

Throughout college, I managed a local restaurant and then from 2002-2007, I operated my own residential new construction painting/cleaning company right here in the Valley. It was during that time that I reunited with a high school classmate whom I now call my husband, Randy Cosner, who is a local builder/developer serving our community since 1996.

I became a Realtor because I truly enjoy helping people and serving my community. My passion in life is to strive to be the best person I can be no matter how challenging the situation. I currently manage rental properties, homeowners’ associations, and clean residential new construction homes in addition to my job as “Mom.”

Randy and I have two amazingly “wild and wonderful” children, our son, Cash, and daughter, Mea. I love spending time with my family, cooking, gardening, crafting, traveling, camping, fishing, hiking, and just spending time in the outdoors.
