I bring the unique and valuable complement of construction expertise to both my residential and commercial real estate services. To gain a deeper understanding of the process and to offer more than a typical real estate agent, I have intentionally worked many years in the building industry. This commitment and knowledge have helped move me to among the most successful and well-respected professionals in the area. Licensed as an Associate Broker and working through both Kline May Realty and Cottonwood Commercial, allows me more flexibility to meet client needs.

Commercially, I focus on serving clients pursuing or selling development land, farms, commercial buildings, multi-family/investment properties, or unique properties that require my special set of skills and experience. I was President of the Board of Directors and a longstanding board member for the local Realtor Association. I have also served at the state level on several real estate committees.

My family and I love the Valley and enjoy spending time outdoors – from hiking Shenandoah National Park to playing golf to helping neighbors bale hay and clear fields.
