Hello, I’m Hemen Rasul. My family and I moved to the United States from Kurdistan in the late 90’s and settled in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley in 2000. I’ve lived here most of my life and attended local public schools as well as James Madison University.

In 2009, I graduated from JMU with a BS degree in Technical Scientific Communication. While in college, I took a variety of courses in business management and business law. I’ve worked at LSC Communications, formally RR Donnelly, since 2011 in various positions and gained a lot of experience working with people and learning new things.

In my real estate career, I will recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and strive every day to exceed their expectations. I’m constantly seeking new learning opportunities to be the best at what I do. I have more than 10 years’ experience in customer service which gives me the technical skills to apply to my Real Estate profession. My passion is to help other families achieve their goals of home ownership. I will strive to provide my clients with the knowledge they need and answer their questions from the beginning of the home buying/selling process to the closing table.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and outdoor activities. I also enjoy watching football and traveling.
