LaDawn@LaDawnSellsHomes.com
LaDawn has revolutionized the concept of being a successful REALTOR® in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley. When LaDawn began her real estate career in 1997, she dedicated herself to serving the needs of her customers above all else. This clear mission has guided LaDawn as she built The LaDawn Sells Homes.com TEAM.
LaDawn has been innovative in using technology to serve her clients. Her home on the Internet, www.LaDawnSellsHomes.com, provides access to all listings in the area, showcases of her personal listings, and serves as a library of information for the Shenandoah Valley Real Estate market. One of LaDawn's most powerful business practices is her ability to accurately track information regarding her leads, her customers and their needs. Combining the tools of technology and marketing, LaDawn is able to predict the needs of her customers and the market, allowing her TEAM to serve her customers at unforeseen levels of excellence. The information and services that LaDawn provides are a product of her relentless efforts to continually develop her education and real estate expertise. LaDawn has earned her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) http://www.seniorsrealestate.com/sarec/, RCC (Residential Construction Consultant), NCHS (New Construction Home Specialist), GREEN designation http://www.greenresourcecouncil.org/ and her Associate Brokers License. In 2003, LaDawn was chosen by Allen F. Hainge himself to become a CyberStar™ representative for the Harrisonburg/Rockingham County region. The CyberStars™ are a world wide networking group of top producing agents using cutting edge technology and systems to better serve their clients. For more information on the CyberStars™ visit www.CyberStars.net.
Yet, above and beyond her own performance, LaDawn continually shares her knowledge. LaDawn served as the Office Training Director from 2001-2004, where she oversaw the training of a less-than-10-agent firm to one of the largest residential real estate firms in the Shenandoah Valley. In addition, LaDawn served on the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Association of REALTOR'S® (www.HRAR.org) Board of Directors and the Virginia Association of REALTOR'S® (www.VARealtor.com) Risk Reduction Advocacy Group. Currently LaDawn is serving on the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Association of REALTOR'S® Grievance Committee. In 2008, LaDawn founded and was the Chairperson for the Harrisonburg/Rockingham Association of REALTORS® Professionalism Committee. Other Boards and community efforts that LaDawn is a part of is being on the Board of Trustees of the Mahatma Gandhi Center for Global Nonviolence (http://www.jmu.edu/gandhicenter/index.shtml), Beaver Creek Church Executive, Nurture & Board, Bridgewater Community Little League (www.bridgewaterlittleleague.org), and her daughter’s softball coach for Bridgewater Community Little League. In the area, LaDawn has also been an advocate for continued development of affordable housing for median income families.
More important than any of her rewards is the friendship that results from every transaction. LaDawn describes their relationships as "a natural byproduct of my desire to serve my clients." This attitude explains why LaDawn has risen above the market standard and redefines Real Estate excellence.
