Hello! Welcome to the See R Team's website. I am Kathie Rosenow See and I actively serve Rockingham County along with servicing Harrisonburg City, Shenandoah County, Augusta County and West Virginia. The See R Team is located in the Broadway Kline May Realty office and our address is:

Serving the community has been a passion of mine! From church youth groups, to leading and organizing local recreational teams, member of various community clubs, active member in the local real estate association, Virginia Association of REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS.

Helping buyers and sellers understand the local zoning codes, market values, market trends and in general, how real estate works! One of the See R Team's goals has always been to close the most transactions in the local REALTOR association (HRAR). Kathie See (which she later formed into the See R Team) has achieved this goal in the past and continue to meet this goal as a team. Our team offers a Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Administrative Assistant to answer your calls while I or other members of the team may be out with clients. Weekends the phones are always with us and will return calls as soon as time allows.

Loving the Shenandoah Valley helps us sell and find buyers the perfect home. Faye Herndon has been a resident of the valley for over 20 years. Her knowledge and skills in marketing provide all our clients with presence on the internet through several multiple listing systems, advertising through HomeVoice, television, brochures, print and circulation in our expansive database. She is a full time assistant to allow clients to update their search criteria and marketing plan. By being available full time during the business week this allows all other offices, buyers and sellers to obtain full information on all listings and developments.
