Michelle Scafidi

Michelle is a native of the Shenandoah Valley and is the daughter of local custom home builder, Richard C. Tucker. With family history of new construction projects, this will be an area of special interest to Michelle.

Michelle attended Shenandoah Valley Academy in New Market and graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences. Michelle obtained her Virginia Real Estate license in 1997 while working as a Property Manager and Commercial Real Estate Assistant at a local brokerage. Although Michelle's career took her outside of Real Estate for a number of years, she maintained a strong interest in the local market, choosing to keep her license on active status with the Virginia Real Estate board and completing all continuing education requirements.

For six years prior to joining ERA Kline & May, Michelle worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. She was the District Trainer for three of those years and won numerous sales awards during her career, including District Representative of the Year.
