Chris is a lifelong Virginian who first came to the Harrisonburg area 20 years ago. He is a graduate of James Madison University, and spent most of his career prior to real estate in non-profit management, most recently at the Foundation for Indigenous Languages and the Woodrow Wilson Birthplace. He is a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church, The Harrisonburg Rotary Club and the Valley Builders Association. When he's not working, he enjoys reading, cooking, exercising outdoors, and spending time with his family. Brant Suter is one of the many graduates of James Madison University who chose to call the Shenandoah Valley home. He currently resides in Harrisonburg with his wife, Jeannette. Throughout his professional career he has consistently demonstrated an exceptional commitment to service, treating customers like friends and family.

Brant helps both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Though he started his real estate career in 2006, he has a tremendous amount of experience. In fact, if his 2009 transactions were split out separately from the team, he would rank among the top five agents, based on sales volume, in the area. (Out of more than 350!)

Jenny Burden is a licensed real estate agent with nearly five years of experience in the Harrisonburg/Rockingham County area. In addition to working with residential buyers and sellers, she recently served as a site agent for an innovative mixed-use development in Rockingham County. Jenny utilizes her extensive knowledge of architecture and design in her professional practice. Her credentials include a Master of Arts from George Washington University as well as leadership positions in the museum, art education, and non-profit fields. Her interest in people and the "built environment" ensure Jenny's dedication to her clients.

Lisa was born and raised in Lynden, Washington. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas in 2004. Just after graduation, she married her best friend, John Thomas Oates, and they moved to the Shenandoah Valley in July of 2004. Before getting her real estate license she worked as a Business Development Analyst and a Marketing Associate for local firms. In her spare time, Lisa coaches Junior Olympic Volleyball and plays golf.

Lisa began working for Chris Rooker and the Harrisonburg Homes Team at Kline May Realty in August of 2007 as the Marketing Director, handling the marketing tasks for the team. She also works with the team to assist buyers with their real estate needs and focuses on providing outstanding service to all of their clients.
