Cheryl is a James Madison University graduate with a BS in Education. She is active in, and very knowledgeable about the Rockingham County School System. She also participates in many community organizations as well as in her church. Cheryl's many community activities give her a broad understanding of the area as well as many contacts in this community.

Cheryl has lived in the Shenandoah Valley and Charlottesville areas since 1977. She resides in Keezletown with her husband, Aaron, and two children, Luke and Allyse.
